▶ Structure of HOWO Heavy-Duty Rescue Towing Truck

The HOWO NX Heavy-Duty Tow Wrecker mainly consists of six major components: the chassis, lifting mechanism, towing arm mechanism, luffing mechanism, hydraulic system, and control system.

• Chassis: Based on the HOWO NX special wrecker chassis, providing load-bearing capacity and power output.

• Lifting mechanism: Includes winch, boom, and hook, used for lifting the front or frame of a disabled vehicle.

• Under-lift mechanism: Multi-section telescopic towing arm, equipped with L-shaped wheel clamps or fork attachments to directly lift wheels or axles, with fastening devices at the end to secure the wheels.

• Luffing mechanism: Driven by hydraulic cylinder, it adjusts the angle and height of the boom and towing arm for precise positioning and load balancing.

• Hydraulic system: Composed of a power take-off (PTO) driven pump, multi-way directional valve, hydraulic cylinders, and tank, providing power to all mechanisms.

• Control system: Uses a side-mounted handle or remote control to operate the multi-way valve, coordinating lifting, towing, and luffing movements.
